MET Credit Union, originally established as the Eau Claire Teachers' Credit Union, opened for business in 1936.  Locations of the Teachers' Credit Union and the Municipal Employees' Credit Union have included the homes of past Presidents and fire stations.  Finally the credit union had grown substantially and required new space, so it was moved into a new office on Harlem St. in Eau Claire where it has remained to this day.

Now as MET Credit Union continues to grow, and after much careful deliberation, we have decided to move our office to a larger and more convenient location:  402 Graham Ave, Unit #1 in downtown Eau Claire.  The move is intended to provide us with the space and resources necessary to help the credit union continue to grow, including a larger teller line, drive through lanes, and a walk in vault.  This is a positive step for the future of MET Credit Union and we are all very excited.

To make sure that the move is completed successfully and efficiently, MET Credit Union will be closed on Friday, July 25th.  We will be open for business again, at our new location, on Monday, July 28th!
